Inspector (Mechanical & Plumbing)

About the role

Egis Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Inspector to conduct comprehensive inspections of mechanical and plumbing systems across its port and terminal facilities in Kuwait. The role ensures compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical equipment, piping, and plumbing installations throughout port and terminal facilities.
• Document findings with detailed reports, photographs, and technical observations.
• Analyze inspection data and recommend corrective and preventive maintenance actions.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors to verify corrective actions.
• Maintain organized inspection records for audit and compliance purposes.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical and plumbing inspection, preferably in port or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, industry standards, and port authority requirements.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inspection tools, testing equipment, and measurement instruments.
• Experience using inspection software and digital documentation systems.
• Technical documentation and report writing expertise.
