IT Supervisor

About the role

The IT Supervisor will oversee the entire IT infrastructure and ensure seamless operation across all business functions. You will lead system integrations, manage vendor relationships, and safeguard the organization’s data and network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networking, and POS systems.
• Coordinate system integrations and ensure reliable connectivity between platforms.
• Lead IT projects from planning through implementation, monitoring timelines and deliverables.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, maintain incident logs, and resolve problems promptly.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and consultants to secure equipment and services.
• Develop and enforce contingency, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Implement IT security architectures to protect data and network resources.
• Oversee LAN, WAN, wireless networks and database installation, configuration, upgrades, and backups.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the food & beverage or hospitality sector is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and POS systems.
• Proven experience in project management and system integration.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
