Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Learning & Development Specialist to drive training and coaching across Kout Food Group’s restaurant brands. You will work closely with Operations and HR to build capability, improve service standards and develop future leaders in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess training needs across multiple restaurant brands and functions.
• Design, plan, coordinate and deliver workshops, webinars, on‑the‑job training and classroom sessions.
• Conduct in‑store coaching, follow‑up visits and ensure adherence to training standards.
• Monitor training effectiveness using KPIs, evaluations and feedback, and produce regular progress reports.
• Maintain the annual training calendar and achieve high completion and engagement rates.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR and restaurant leadership to align training priorities with business objectives.
• Support succession planning and employee development journeys.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Learning & Development, training, restaurant operations or hospitality training.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑brand environment.
• Organised, proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Excellent planning, follow‑up and stakeholder management skills.
