License Owner / Operator – Kuwait City

About the role

Stranger Soccer is expanding its footprint and is looking for a driven entrepreneur to launch and run the brand in Kuwait City. As the License Owner/Operator you will own the local business, build a football community and deliver a high‑quality game experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and grow Stranger Soccer operations in Kuwait City.
• Secure and manage partnerships with football venues.
• Recruit, train and lead game hosts and part‑time staff.
• Drive player acquisition through creative marketing and community engagement.
• Maintain consistent, high‑quality game experiences and continuously improve operations.

Required profile

• Passionate about football with strong local market insight.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ownership.
• Proven experience in operations, events, community building or similar fields.
• Excellent communication and people‑leadership abilities.
