Marketing Coordination Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Coordination Specialist to join our Eyewear & Contact Lenses team. You will help bring brand stories to life by coordinating campaigns, content, and photoshoots for leading beauty and eyewear brands in the digital space.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate brand marketing and campaign activities across online, offline, social, and e‑commerce channels.
• Support the development of owned‑brand strategy, manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Plan and execute end‑to‑end photoshoots, including concepts, moodboards, briefs, and stakeholder coordination.
• Work with suppliers, purchasing, and cross‑functional teams to align marketing with product availability.
• Maintain social media calendars, monitor performance, and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, campaign coordination or related roles.
• Experience in retail, beauty, eyewear, fashion or e‑commerce is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools
• Familiarity with social media management platforms
