Influencer Manager – Retail

About the role

The Influencer Manager – Retail will lead the creation and execution of influencer marketing programmes for a leading fashion group in Kuwait. You will work across a portfolio of fashion and lifestyle brands, shaping how the company engages with regional creators and celebrities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement influencer strategies that align with brand objectives and drive sales.
• Identify, outreach, negotiate, and contract with Kuwait and GCC influencers, creators, and celebrities.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaigns, including gifting, brand launches, events, and activations.
• Track reach, engagement, conversions and ROI, maintaining an up‑to‑date influencer database.
• Analyse performance data to pinpoint creators delivering the strongest commercial results.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, digital marketing or brand partnerships, preferably in fashion, beauty, luxury, lifestyle or retail.
• Strong existing network of influencers and content creators in Kuwait and/or the GCC.
• Fluent Arabic and excellent English communication skills.
• Commercial confidence in negotiating rates, contracts, deliverables and exclusivity.
• Jordanian candidates are preferred.
