About the role
The Occupational Therapist will provide comprehensive therapy services to a complex inpatient rehabilitation population. Working with autonomy and accountability, the therapist will deliver age‑appropriate care while supporting departmental growth.
Key responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized occupational therapy programs for inpatient rehab patients.
- Demonstrate proficiency in delivering care for a diverse and complex patient population.
- Maintain compliance with the career ladder requirements for Level I.
- Participate in professional development and contribute to department improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- BS, MS, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
- Arkansas State Board license or temporary license for new graduates.
- Less than one year of professional experience is acceptable.
- CPR certification (can be obtained after hire).
Required skills
- Occupational Therapy clinical techniques.
- Patient assessment and treatment planning.
- CPR certification.
What we offer
- Full‑time day shift (7:15 a.m. – 4:15 p.m.).
- Bi‑weekly authorized hours totaling 80 hours.
