About the role
The Occupational Therapist provides autonomous, accountable care for a complex inpatient rehabilitation population, working day shifts from 7:15 am to 4:15 pm.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver therapeutic care tailored to the ages and needs of patients in an inpatient rehab setting.
- Support professional and departmental growth through continuous improvement and collaboration.
Required profile
- Valid Arkansas State board license or temporary license for new graduates.
- BS, MS, or DOT in Occupational Therapy.
- Maintain Level I career‑ladder requirements.
- CPR certification (can be obtained after hire).
- Authorized 80 hours bi‑weekly.
Required skills
- Proficiency in providing care for complex patient populations.
- Knowledge of age‑appropriate occupational therapy interventions.
