About the role

This position is for a Staff Occupational Therapist working in an inpatient rehabilitation agency on a weekend schedule. The therapist will provide independent, accountable care to a complex patient population, ensuring high‑quality occupational therapy services during the 7:30 am – 4:00 pm shift.

Key responsibilities

Deliver occupational therapy interventions to inpatient rehab patients of varying ages.
Complete all facility competencies and document patient progress accurately.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary rehab team to coordinate care plans.
Maintain compliance with Arkansas state licensing and agency policies.
Participate in professional and departmental growth activities.

Required profile

Current Arkansas State Board license in Occupational Therapy.
BS, MS, or DPT degree in Occupational Therapy.
Willingness to work weekends (7:30 am – 4:00 pm).
Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Required skills

CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
Proficiency in occupational therapy techniques for diverse patient ages.
