About the role
This position is for a Staff Occupational Therapist working in an inpatient rehabilitation agency on a weekend schedule. The therapist will provide independent, accountable care to a complex patient population, ensuring high‑quality occupational therapy services during the 7:30 am – 4:00 pm shift.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy interventions to inpatient rehab patients of varying ages.
- Complete all facility competencies and document patient progress accurately.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary rehab team to coordinate care plans.
- Maintain compliance with Arkansas state licensing and agency policies.
- Participate in professional and departmental growth activities.
Required profile
- Current Arkansas State Board license in Occupational Therapy.
- BS, MS, or DPT degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Willingness to work weekends (7:30 am – 4:00 pm).
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
Required skills
- CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
- Proficiency in occupational therapy techniques for diverse patient ages.
