Operations Team Leader – Housekeeping Services

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Operations Team Leader to oversee our housekeeping services in Kuwait City. The role involves coordinating daily operations, ensuring service quality, and leading a team of housekeeping staff and drivers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily housekeeping operations with clients and internal teams
• Follow up with drivers and housekeeping staff for smooth service execution
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and operational procedures
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and discipline
• Ensure timely delivery of services and quick resolution of operational issues
• Share daily/weekly operational reports with management
• Accept and coordinate service orders through online platforms and communication channels
• Maintain proper communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle emergency operational requirements and staff arrangements when required

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping operations or facility management
• Strong team leadership and coordination abilities
• Good communication and reporting capabilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Flexible working timings and availability on call after duty hours if needed
• Self‑motivated, responsible, and solution‑oriented personality
• Knowledge of housekeeping operations and service quality standards (preferred)
• Experience in manpower coordination and field operations (preferred)
