About the role
We are seeking a motivated Operations Team Leader to oversee our housekeeping services in Kuwait City. The role involves coordinating daily operations, ensuring service quality, and leading a team of housekeeping staff and drivers.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily housekeeping operations with clients and internal teams
- Follow up with drivers and housekeeping staff for smooth service execution
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and operational procedures
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and discipline
- Ensure timely delivery of services and quick resolution of operational issues
- Share daily/weekly operational reports with management
- Accept and coordinate service orders through online platforms and communication channels
- Maintain proper communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle emergency operational requirements and staff arrangements when required
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping operations or facility management
- Strong team leadership and coordination abilities
- Good communication and reporting capabilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Flexible working timings and availability on call after duty hours if needed
- Self‑motivated, responsible, and solution‑oriented personality
- Knowledge of housekeeping operations and service quality standards (preferred)
- Experience in manpower coordination and field operations (preferred)
