Organizational Development Specialist

About the role

Boutiqaat is seeking an Organizational Development Specialist to lead OD initiatives across its head office and regional operations. The role focuses on designing clear structures, shaping roles, and enabling performance in a multi‑country environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and reviewing HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate policy and framework review cycles, conduct impact analyses, and prepare documentation.
• Manage the Employee Handbook lifecycle, including updates, version control, and regional rollouts.
• Conduct organizational structure reviews, change impact analyses, and implementation planning.
• Translate business objectives into effective structures, role designs, and manpower validation.
• Lead job analysis initiatives, maintain job architecture documentation, and govern competency frameworks across regions.
• Support career progression pathways, succession planning, and performance assessment processes.
• Partner with HR, business leaders, and regional teams to embed OD initiatives into daily operations.
• Produce OD analytics, dashboards, and reports for leadership decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• HR certification (PHRi, SPHRi, GPHR, CIPD) highly preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in Organizational Development.
• Proven experience with organizational design, restructuring, job analysis, performance, and talent frameworks.
