Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will support the Kuwait branch by delivering consistent HR services, ensuring compliance with regulatory mandates, and acting as a key liaison between HR and business units. This role focuses on effective implementation of HR activities, workforce planning, and employee lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with HR sections to deliver branch HR services within agreed SLAs.
• Monitor regulatory updates from the Central Bank of Kuwait and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist Business and Support Unit Heads in defining current and future manpower needs.
• Partner with the Recruitment team to source, interview, and onboard internal and external candidates.
• Manage offer letters, background checks, and ensure accurate completion of joining documentation.
• Provide guidance on organizational policies, conduct investigations, and prepare reports on disciplinary matters.
• Develop and disseminate HR communications, reports, and memos in coordination with senior HR leadership.
• Support review and adaptation of HR policies to align with local regulations.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Kuwaiti labor law and banking regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations within a corporate environment.
