About the role

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation agency. The role involves delivering independent, accountable care to a diverse, complex patient population during day shifts (7:15 a.m. – 4:15 p.m.). The therapist will also support departmental growth and professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement age‑appropriate physical therapy interventions for inpatient clients.
• Maintain documentation and meet all facility competency requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement and departmental initiatives.

Required profile

• Active Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy license.
• BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of one year of professional experience or successful completion of facility competencies.
• Commitment to providing high‑quality, patient‑centered care.

Required skills

• CPR certification (available upon hire).
