About the role
The Physical Therapist provides independent, accountable care to a complex patient population, working day shifts with flexible weekday and weekend options. This role supports both clinical excellence and departmental growth.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver age‑appropriate physical therapy interventions to diverse patients.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility competencies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Participate in professional development and departmental improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum one year of professional experience or successful completion of required facility competencies.
- Valid Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy license.
- BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy.
- CPR certification (can be completed upon hire).
