About the role

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Floater to join our Therapy department at Baptist Health in Kuwait. The position is a day‑shift role (8 am–5 pm) focused on delivering independent, accountable care to a complex patient population while supporting professional and departmental growth.

Required profile

Arkansas State Board license.
Minimum of one year professional experience or completion of all required facility competencies for Staff Therapist II.
CPR certification.
Physical Therapy licensure by the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy (PT AR licensure).
Occupational Therapy qualification: OTR or registry‑eligible OT, BS or MS graduate of an AOTA‑accredited OT program.
Speech‑Language Pathology qualification: Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
Recreation therapy qualification: Education equivalent to a B.A. in Recreation or related field.
