Process Excellence Specialist

About the role

Boutiqaat is looking for a Process Excellence Specialist who is passionate about turning operational complexity into streamlined, high‑performing workflows. You will work across inbound, inventory, outbound, and logistics functions to make processes faster, cheaper, and smarter.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse core operations, identify gaps and redesign workflows using data and process‑mapping techniques.
• Drive standardisation across all regions and ensure scalable, consistent processes.
• Build efficient schedules, optimise resource allocation and design training for new and existing staff.
• Monitor KPIs, share insights and coach teams toward continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation and change‑management communications.
• Investigate deviations, determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Admin and other functions to remove operational friction.
• Use customer feedback (NPS) to inform internal process enhancements.
• Conduct operational audits and evaluate new initiatives, reporting measurable outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, logistics, business or a related field.
• 3–6 years of hands‑on experience in process improvement or performance management, preferably in e‑commerce or retail.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a strong plus.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a bonus.

Required skills

• Lean Six Sigma methodology
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF statements)
• Experience with ERP systems
• Experience with WMS and logistics platforms
