About the role

The Warehouse & Storage Incharge is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Shuwaikh, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and storage activities. The role involves managing inventory levels, supervising stock receiving and dispatch, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining proper storage conditions for construction materials and other goods.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and monitor stock movements to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Supervise receiving, dispatch, loading and unloading of goods, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align stock availability with business needs.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper storage conditions within the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and safe equipment use.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in warehouse supervision or similar roles within construction materials, trading, or logistics environments.
• High school diploma or vocational qualification required; a diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
