Project Engineer, Civil Foreman & Secretary – Kuwait

About the role

Osama Bukhamseen Design (OBD), a leading consultancy in Kuwait, is recruiting for three full‑time positions: Project Engineer, Civil Foreman and Secretary. The successful candidates will join a team that delivers infrastructure projects for the Kuwait National Guard and other high‑profile clients.

Key responsibilities

• Project Engineer: oversee civil engineering design, coordinate with subcontractors, ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
• Civil Foreman: supervise on‑site construction activities, manage labour crews, monitor quality and safety standards on National Guard projects.
• Secretary: provide administrative support, manage correspondence, schedule meetings and maintain records, with a focus on Arabic‑language communication.

Required profile

• Project Engineer: minimum 10 years of civil engineering experience, preferably on Kuwait National Guard projects.
• Civil Foreman: minimum 10 years of on‑site supervisory experience in civil construction.
• Secretary: minimum 3 years of administrative experience and fluency in Arabic.
• All candidates: open to any nationality; Arabic proficiency is an advantage for the Secretary role.
