Project Sales Executive

About the role

The candidate will excel at creating and closing new opportunities using a consultative selling approach. They will identify and qualify leads to generate sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales opportunities with contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities in the Kuwait market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision‑makers.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with technical, production, and management teams to meet project requirements.
• Follow up on projects from initial inquiry through quotation, negotiation, and order confirmation.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's business development plans.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in project sales, preferably in Kuwait.
• Experience in construction, contracting, building materials, water tanks or related industrial products is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the Kuwait project and contracting market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence.
• Good command of English and Arabic.
