Project Sales Executive

About the role

The Project Sales Executive will drive new business by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities across the Kuwait construction market. Using a consultative selling approach, the role focuses on building strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners to generate revenue for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales pipelines with contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities in the Kuwait market.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with technical, production, and management teams to meet project specifications.
• Guide projects from inquiry through quotation, negotiation, and order confirmation.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and support business‑development plans.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects.

Required profile

• Jordanian nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in project sales, preferably within Kuwait.
• Background in construction, contracting, building materials, water tanks, or related industrial products is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the Kuwait project and contracting market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to develop and sustain business relationships.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
