Quality Assistant / Line Inspector – Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Assistant / Line Inspector to join our manufacturing facility in Sulaibiya, Kuwait. The role involves supporting the quality and production teams to ensure that products meet the required standards and specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in‑process items, and finished goods for compliance with quality standards.
• Document inspection results and report non‑conformities to the production supervisor.
• Assist in implementing corrective actions and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality reports.
• Collaborate with production staff to address quality issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a quality control or production environment.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Ability to work a 12‑hour shift from 6 am to 6 pm, including overtime as needed.
• Willingness to work on Fridays and other holidays according to production requirements.
