About the role

Baptist Health is seeking a flexible Registered Nurse to join its Night Shift team. The RN will use the nursing process and hospital‑provided training to deliver safe, therapeutic, and compassionate care to patients.

Key responsibilities

Provide patient care that meets safety and therapeutic standards.
Apply the nursing process and clinical judgment in daily tasks.
Demonstrate critical thinking and clinical competence in a fast‑paced night environment.
Float within the assigned specialty or across nearby campuses as needed.

Required profile

Active RN license in good standing in Arkansas.
Minimum 18 months of RN experience and at least 1 year in the specialty applied for.
BSN preferred.
Willingness to float within 50 miles of the home campus.

Required skills

Healthcare CPR certification (required).
ACLS certification (training provided where needed).
PALS certification (training provided where needed).
NALS certification (training provided where needed).

What we offer

Training for specialty certifications.
Bi‑weekly authorized hours of 72.
