Registered Nurse – Flex Team (Night Shift)

About the role

Baptist Health is seeking a flexible Registered Nurse to join its Night Shift team. The RN will use the nursing process and hospital‑provided training to deliver safe, therapeutic, and compassionate care to patients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide patient care that meets safety and therapeutic standards.
• Apply the nursing process and clinical judgment in daily tasks.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and clinical competence in a fast‑paced night environment.
• Float within the assigned specialty or across nearby campuses as needed.

Required profile

• Active RN license in good standing in Arkansas.
• Minimum 18 months of RN experience and at least 1 year in the specialty applied for.
• BSN preferred.
• Willingness to float within 50 miles of the home campus.

Required skills

• Healthcare CPR certification (required).
• ACLS certification (training provided where needed).
• PALS certification (training provided where needed).
• NALS certification (training provided where needed).
