About the role
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction while meeting budgetary and sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and manage the restaurant team to achieve performance goals.
- Plan, schedule and oversee daily operations, including staff rostering and leave management.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, quantity and consistency.
- Control inventory, stock levels and manage procurement.
- Maintain equipment, fixtures and overall restaurant upkeep.
- Prepare and submit periodic operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet financial targets.
