Rotating Technician – Immediate Hire (4 Positions)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Rotating Technicians to join our industrial equipment team in Jahra, Kuwait. The role involves maintaining a wide range of rotating machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps, compressors, gearboxes, blowers, motors, fans, agitators, turbines and other rotating equipment.
• Dismantle, inspect, repair, re‑assemble and test rotating machinery, replacing bearings, seals, gaskets, couplings and shafts as needed.
• Conduct laser alignment, balancing and vibration analysis to diagnose mechanical issues.
• Maintain lubrication systems, monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot overheating, leakage, abnormal noise and other failures.
• Support stainless‑steel fabrication machinery, assist with welding, fitting and mechanical fabrication tasks.
• Read and interpret mechanical, P&ID and GA drawings, as well as OEM manuals.
• Participate in plant shutdowns, turnaround maintenance and emergency breakdown response.
• Complete maintenance checklists, inspection reports and service records in accordance with company procedures.

Required profile

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Maintenance; trade certification in rotating equipment preferred.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience maintaining rotating equipment, preferably in GCC industrial settings.
• Experience in mechanical workshops or stainless‑steel fabrication is an advantage.
