Safety & Security Officer / CCTV Operator – Sulaibiya, Kuwait

About the role

We are looking for proactive Safety & Security Officers and vigilant CCTV Operators to ensure a safe and secure environment across our facilities in Sulaibiya, Kuwait. The roles involve implementing safety procedures, conducting inspections, and monitoring surveillance systems to promptly respond to incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and enforce safety and security procedures across the site.
• Conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, report suspicious activities, and coordinate rapid response.
• Maintain logs, video recordings, and prepare incident and compliance reports.
• Collaborate with the security team to ensure continuous protection of assets and personnel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Mechanical Engineering or a related field (mandatory for Safety Officer role).
• High school diploma or equivalent for CCTV Operator role.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in safety, security, or CCTV monitoring.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

• Proficiency with CCTV surveillance systems and alarm monitoring.
• Ability to prepare accurate incident and compliance reports.
