Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate will work in the showroom to assist customers, promote Alghanim Industries’ products and services, and drive sales across cash, credit, warranty and accessory lines. The role combines direct selling, high‑level customer service and store operations to meet and exceed set targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and upsell products and services, aiming to surpass sales targets for cash, credit, warranties and accessories.
• Create accurate sales invoices and operate BO and POS systems efficiently.
• Provide a friendly, professional appearance and deliver high‑quality service to every customer.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable solutions and explain return, exchange and D&I policies.
• Maintain awareness of in‑store promotions, discounts and coupons.
• Conduct regular stock checks, report damaged displays and ensure planogram compliance.
• Keep the sales area clean, organized and correctly priced.
• Follow company safety, security and confidentiality procedures.
• Master computer applications such as Outlook, SAP, POS and Business Objects.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of retail or sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong command of English and good communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
