Key responsibilities

• Strengthen brand exposure at the point of sale and uphold brand standards.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, achieving individual and store sales targets.
• Perform all store functions, including opening, closing, merchandising, and stock control.
• Continuously update product knowledge and share insights with the team.
• Monitor and report sales results, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
• Mentor new sales associates when required, fostering a collaborative team culture.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years experience in optical retail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• KPI‑focused, result‑driven, and able to solve problems creatively.
• Committed to a positive, energetic workplace and teamwork.
