Sales Manager – Oil & Gas Equipment

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the distribution of natural gas compressors and a range of oilfield equipment to customers in the oil & gas sector. The role focuses on market penetration, sales strategy development, and closing orders while monitoring market trends and customer preferences.

Key responsibilities

• Explore and develop business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and execute strategic and tactical business plans.
• Monitor market dynamics within the oil & gas industry.
• Conduct sales activities such as volume and margin analysis, support tender processes, resolve customer operational issues, and ensure pricing performance integrity.
• Maintain and promote relationships with key customer contacts to identify opportunities and address business challenges.
• Develop market research and competitor analysis reports to aid management decisions.
• Complete detached duties and support the supervisor as needed.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and business ethics, ensuring team compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the oil & gas industry.
• Familiarity with Kuwait’s oil and gas sector; relevant local experience preferred.
• Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, market operations, and business types in Kuwait.
• Strong connections with National Oil Companies and Oil Service Companies in Kuwait.
