Sales Supervisor – Retail (Sandro/Maje)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead the Sandro and Maje boutique at The Avenues Mall, Kuwait. Reporting to the Department and Store Managers, you will ensure exceptional customer service, smooth store operations and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑level customer service by advising shoppers on product ranges and brand positioning.
• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations, including opening, closing and duty‑manager duties.
• Supervise the department in the absence of the Department Manager and oversee POS transactions.
• Train new staff on POS usage and handle customer issues at the checkout.
• Manage receiving, merchandising and display of goods following approved procedures.
• Support store compliance by ensuring correct pricing, ticketing and loss‑prevention measures.
• Participate in stock‑takes, new store openings and other special projects as required.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in sales, marketing and operations within fashion retail.
• Strong knowledge of market trends, brand positioning and customer expectations.
• Proven ability to lead a team and maintain a high standard of visual merchandising.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
