Section Head - Sanitary & Tiles

About the role

The Section Head is fully responsible for the operations of the Sanitary & Tiles area, leading a sales team to meet business targets while delivering high‑level customer service. The role combines sales leadership, operational oversight, and talent development within a retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach the sales team to achieve cash, credit, warranty, and accessory targets.
• Plan and execute promotional activities to boost sales results.
• Analyze sales data with the team to maximize business performance.
• Ensure merchandise is correctly priced, displayed, and stocked according to planograms.
• Manage work schedules, breaks, leaves, and staffing levels in line with budget.
• Maintain security measures, conduct regular inventory counts, and oversee housekeeping and safety compliance.
• Conduct performance appraisals, develop coaching plans, and support employee growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years proven experience in retail home‑furniture, accessories, or sanitary showroom leadership.
• Good command of English and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
