Team Leader – HHH (Retail)

About the role

The Team Leader HHH is responsible for implementing quality, range and freshness standards to deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales targets. The role involves motivating the team, addressing issues promptly, and coaching staff to ensure high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and implement the commercial policy agreed for store pricing.
• Manage product assortment in the section.
• Negotiate internal promotions with suppliers and enforce the discount image inside the section.
• Monitor the NPS in the section and work on improving areas that need development.
• Ensure proper stock management, including preparing stock reports, controlling out‑of‑stock items, replenishment orders and merchandise deliveries.
• Implement initiatives to minimise waste and shrinkage and control waste‑items reporting.
• Identify slow‑moving items and manage stock depreciation to push sales before expiry.
• Manage and control displays to ensure correct pricing and planogram compliance at all times.

Required profile

• Diploma in Commerce or Finance.
• Minimum 3+ years experience in retail operations.
• Pleasant and warm disposition with a customer‑service orientation.
• Clear communicator.
• People‑oriented and able to build team spirit and motivation.
• Detail‑oriented.
