Seller Support Executive

About the role

The Seller Support Executive will lead the onboarding of marketplace sellers within assigned verticals, ensuring a seamless transition from content management to SKU upload, platform support and operational setup. This role combines strategic category planning with hands‑on operational execution to drive sales and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies with senior buyers to meet sales and profitability targets and increase market share.
• Curate and refresh assortments, collaborating with brands, product agencies and the merchandising team.
• Maintain digital planograms and ensure effective product displays to maximise sell‑out.
• Implement promotional strategies, monitor their performance and adjust tactics to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee order and replenishment processes for both first‑party (1P) and third‑party (3P) sellers, managing inventory levels and ageing.
• Support new product development and sourcing initiatives in line with senior buyer guidance (1P only).
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity, generate automated reports and share insights with sellers.
• Collaborate with service and support teams to continuously improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years retail experience with at least 4 years in category or seller management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical ability and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven relationship‑building and operational leadership capabilities.

Required skills

• Marketplace seller management (1P & 3P).
• Retail strategy and category management.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency.
• Familiarity with the MIRAKL platform (preferred).
