Senior Architect

About the role

Egis Group is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead design teams in Kuwait City. You will be the primary design contact, ensuring high‑quality architectural solutions that meet client expectations and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural design teams across multiple simultaneous projects, setting clear tasks and measurable targets.
• Coordinate with Architecture, Landscape, 3D Visualization, MEP, and Interior Design disciplines to deliver cohesive, high‑quality products.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact for clients, consultants and internal stakeholders, providing transparent communication.
• Monitor project milestones, control budgets, and oversee quality assurance and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture with RIBA Parts 1‑3 or equivalent; registered architect status (ARB or equivalent).
• Minimum 12 years of professional architectural experience, including at least 4 years in a senior design leadership role.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex, high‑rise projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD for design and documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook).
• Experience with design visualization tools such as Photoshop and 3D Max.
• Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software and workflows.
