Senior Business Analyst – Order Management System (OMS)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead the analysis and design of Alghanim’s Order Management System (OMS) across its omnichannel and marketplace ecosystem. You will ensure seamless order orchestration between owned inventory and third‑party sellers, integrating platforms such as Fluent Commerce, Commercetools, SAP, Mirakl, FarEye and Salesforce.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business and IT for order orchestration, allocation, fulfillment, cancellations and returns.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, document requirements, create process flows and write user stories for end‑to‑end omnichannel journeys (e‑commerce, store pickup, warehouse, delivery).
• Collaborate with product owners, solution architects, vendors and cross‑functional analysts to ensure smooth OMS integrations.
• Drive enhancements for BOPIS, ship‑from‑store, reserve‑online and return‑anywhere capabilities.
• Support UAT planning, deployment readiness and post‑go‑live validation of order lifecycle performance.
• Monitor OMS KPIs (allocation accuracy, split ratio, turnaround time) and recommend continuous improvements.
• Work with the Marketplace (Mirakl) team to streamline seller order routing, SLA compliance and return logistics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems.
• 8–10 years of overall experience with at least 4 years focused on Order Management Systems in retail, e‑commerce or supply chain.
• Proven expertise in requirements engineering (BRD, user stories, acceptance criteria) and process modelling for order flows and reverse logistics.
• Hands‑on experience with Fluent Commerce (mandatory) or equivalent OMS solutions.
• Marketplace experience with Mirakl or similar seller platforms.
