Senior HCP Adoption Sales Specialist

About the role

The Senior HCP Adoption Sales Specialist is a field‑based position focused on building strong clinical relationships, driving prescriptions and accelerating continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) adoption across an assigned territory. Reporting to the NPC Commercial Lead, the role blends clinical expertise with sales performance to support Roche’s mission of improving patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals to promote CGM prescriptions.
• Deliver compliant, clear messaging that highlights the clinical benefits and differentiation of Roche’s CGM products.
• Achieve territory sales targets through systematic HCP coverage and strategic planning.
• Collaborate closely with the NPC Commercial Lead, following a structured coaching cadence for daily visit execution.
• Provide field‑level feedback on HCP sentiment, competitive activity and adoption barriers to shape overall strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, pharmacy, life sciences or a related clinical discipline.
• 6–15 years of experience in clinical, medical‑device or pharmaceutical field‑sales, preferably with diabetes care or near‑patient testing exposure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to build trust with HCPs and influence prescription behavior.
• Comfortable working under a hands‑on, coaching‑style leadership model.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
