Senior Manager / Manager – Talent Management

About the role

NBK Wealth is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager to lead Talent Management across the organization. The role combines strategic oversight of talent acquisition with the design and delivery of learning initiatives, working closely with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Support and execute the talent acquisition strategy, partnering with hiring managers on workforce planning and managing end‑to‑end recruitment for key positions.
• Contribute to employer branding and sourcing initiatives to attract high‑caliber candidates.
• Assist in designing and delivering learning & development programs that address identified skill gaps and support leadership development.
• Identify capability gaps, recommend targeted learning solutions, and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Align hiring practices with long‑term talent development goals and support employee engagement, capability building, and retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with business units and HR colleagues to implement talent initiatives and build strong stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Learning & Development.
• Experience in financial services, wealth management, or professional services is advantageous.
• Strong delivery focus with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Passion for attracting top talent and ensuring cultural fit.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
