Senior Marketing Manager – Brand & Local Strategy

About the role

Jazeera Airways is looking for a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to shape the airline’s brand positioning and drive localized marketing initiatives across Kuwait and its broader network. The role combines strategic brand leadership with hands‑on execution of campaigns that resonate culturally and linguistically with target audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that enhance market positioning while ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance.
• Lead the creation of Arabic‑first communications, overseeing creative direction and copy quality.
• Design performance‑driven tactical campaigns aimed at increasing load factors and meeting revenue targets.
• Run 360° destination marketing programs that sell experiences, not just seats.
• Manage partnerships with national tourism organisations, ministries, and lifestyle brands to generate joint‑marketing opportunities.
• Plan and execute high‑impact local events, inaugural flight launches, and community activations that capture leads and drive bookings.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management and Network Planning to align marketing spend with commercial priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management or a related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in brand management or marketing within aviation, tourism or hospitality in the GCC.
• Native Arabic speaker with professional proficiency in English.
• Deep understanding of the Kuwaiti market, consumer behaviour and cultural nuances.
