Senior Planner

About the role

Archirodon is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join its project team in Kuwait. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the project schedule across all phases of large‑scale EPC contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare contract baseline and revised schedules for engineering, procurement, construction, pre‑commissioning and commissioning phases.
• Review schedule updates from planners and coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate progress recording.
• Identify deviations or delays and report them to project management in collaboration with the Project Controls Manager.
• Assist in preparing claims and extensions of time using appropriate delay‑analysis methods.
• Support the preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports, budget updates and maintain planning records.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss schedule status, record changes and advise on schedule impacts.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant construction industry experience, including engineering and procurement phases.
• Experience on EPC projects above US$100M, preferably with ADNOC or equivalent.
• Previous employment with leading EPC contractors is highly preferable.
• Ability to work under stressful conditions and strong analytical thinking.
