Senior Strategy & Transformation Specialist

About the role

Boutiqaat is seeking a Senior Strategy & Transformation Specialist to drive its strategic planning, business transformation, and market expansion initiatives. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to turn high‑level strategy into actionable projects that deliver measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap aligned with corporate goals.
• Analyse market trends and internal performance to identify growth opportunities, risks and improvement areas.
• Translate strategy into detailed action plans, timelines and KPIs, and monitor progress.
• Lead operational efficiency initiatives and recommend process, system and workflow enhancements.
• Support teams through organizational and process changes, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Identify and assess new business opportunities, including market entry, partnerships, joint ventures and acquisitions.
• Prepare management reports, presentations, dashboards and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, Finance, Engineering or related field (MBA a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in strategy, business transformation, consulting or corporate planning.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and collaborate with senior management.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
