About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior System Administrator to manage and optimise our customers' hosting and cloud infrastructure. The role focuses on Red Hat environments, cPanel/WHM administration, and ensuring high‑availability, secure services.

Key responsibilities

Install and configure web hosting software such as cPanel, WHM, and Apache.
Manage the WHMCS platform and oversee user accounts, domains, and databases.
Set up SSL certificates, implement backups, and conduct regular security audits.
Monitor server performance, troubleshoot issues, and handle OS upgrades/patching.
Collaborate with development and IT teams to integrate new features and ensure seamless system integration.
Maintain virtualization platforms (XEN, OpenVZ, KVM) and optimise PHP/MySQL configurations.
Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and automation tools like Ansible and Jenkins CI/CD.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) and Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE).
cPanel Certified Partner Accreditation (CPCP) and WHM Administration Certification.
5+ years of hands‑on experience with cPanel/WHM administration.
Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux (Red Hat, Ubuntu, SUSE) and networking fundamentals.
