Senior UI/UX Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to craft visually striking, user‑centric digital experiences for both Arabic (RTL) and English (LTR) audiences. The role combines high‑impact visual design with solid UX fundamentals, supporting our client’s digital transformation, managed services, and security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end UI/UX design for web and digital platforms, from concept through final delivery.
• Create modern, eye‑catching UI designs that are usable, scalable, and align with brand standards.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs using Figma.
• Apply UX best practices, including usability, accessibility, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Design culturally sensitive interfaces for Arabic (RTL) and English (LTR) markets.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and quality.
• Present design concepts confidently to clients and internal teams.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business requirements.

Required profile

• 8+ years of proven UI/UX design experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Demonstrated experience working with Arabic clients and regional projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both visual creativity and UX thinking.
• Ability to explain design decisions from UX and business perspectives.
• High attention to detail and pixel‑perfect execution.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in Figma (components, auto‑layout, design systems, prototyping).
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
• Experience with design systems and scalable UI frameworks.
• Understanding of front‑end constraints (HTML, CSS basics) for developer handover.
• RTL design expertise for Arabic interfaces.
