Service Delivery Coordinator

About the role

The Service Delivery Coordinator ensures seamless delivery of drilling and completion fluid services across assigned rigs and projects for a world‑class oilfield services company. You will act as the central hub linking operations, technical services, logistics, and customers to guarantee uninterrupted service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of drilling and completion fluids, ensuring compliance with procedures, customer requirements, and contracts.
• Monitor ongoing operations, support field personnel, and track performance KPIs.
• Plan and coordinate manpower, equipment, and material mobilizations, demobilizations, and transitions.
• Maintain regular communication with customer operations and engineering teams, supporting meetings and technical discussions.
• Monitor service costs, assist with forecasting, invoice verification, and identify cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Manage inventory planning, stock levels, and asset utilization, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Promote HSE compliance, participate in incident investigations, and uphold quality standards.
• Collaborate with Technical Services to apply fluid systems, support new technologies, and share best practices.
• Prepare operational reports, KPI dashboards, and customer performance documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in service delivery or operations coordination within oilfield, drilling, or related industrial environments.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities, with a focus on logistics and resource management.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external customers.
• Ability to monitor budgets, track costs, and support financial compliance.
• Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
