Shipping Manager

About the role

The Shipping Manager will lead daily shipping and receiving activities at our Eqaila facility. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that goods move efficiently through the warehouse while maintaining accurate inventory records and high levels of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely dispatch and accurate receipt of goods.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and maintain precise records.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to streamline logistics workflows.
• Uphold safety, compliance, and organizational standards in handling materials.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to support efficient material handling.
• Supervise, train, and develop a team of warehouse staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience in shipping, receiving, and related logistics processes.
• Strong background in inventory management and stock control.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to lead, supervise, and train a team effectively.
• Familiarity with safety and compliance standards in a warehouse environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus.
