Social Media Officer – Creative & Data‑Savvy

About the role

Boutiqaat is looking for a creative, data‑savvy Social Media Officer to shape the brand’s conversation across platforms. You will craft engaging content, drive traffic, and turn followers into loyal fans while supporting the company’s e‑commerce beauty and lifestyle mission.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the brand’s presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, X/Twitter and other platforms.
• Create thumb‑stopping content that sparks engagement and drives traffic.
• Develop and execute social strategies aligned with business goals and brand identity.
• Plan content calendars and campaigns around product launches, events, and cultural moments.
• Track, analyze, and optimize performance using insights and analytics.
• Stay ahead of trends, platform updates and emerging memes.
• Collaborate with design, marketing and product teams to bring ideas to life.
• Engage with the community, turning followers into fans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business marketing, mass communication or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in perfumes, beauty, skincare, luxury, media or creative agencies.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, metrics and trends.
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling abilities.
• Cultural awareness of the Middle‑East market and a passion for pop culture.
