Tendering Officer – Procurement & Commercial Projects

About the role

ELV SYSTEMS, a leading provider of ELV solutions in Kuwait, is seeking a Tendering Officer to manage tender processes, commercial proposals, and project coordination. The role supports the procurement and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate bid submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage tender documentation and related procedures.
• Develop commercial proposals, quotations, and review contract conditions.
• Coordinate activities between procurement, sales, and project teams.
• Produce reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes.
• Maintain and update sales reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Identify challenges, propose solutions, and escalate issues when necessary.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in tender preparation, commercial proposals, and project coordination.
• Strong written communication skills, especially email correspondence.
