Account Associate

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Account Associate to join Bricks in Kuwait City. The role focuses on managing client relationships, coordinating projects and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact alongside Account Executives.
• Support Account Executives by handling multiple tasks across various accounts and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create strategies and plans that meet client requirements.
• Coordinate campaign execution, guaranteeing delivery on time and within budget.
• Monitor project performance, produce regular internal and external reports, and provide optimization recommendations.
• Handle social‑media accounts, manage community engagement, and prepare monthly performance reports.
