Social Media Coordinator – Kuwait City

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media Coordinator to join HR Plus in Jiblah, Kuwait City. The role will support the company’s digital presence by creating and managing social media content and fostering online engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule content across company social media channels.
• Monitor audience interaction, respond to comments and messages, and report on engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader campaigns.
• Assist in developing digital marketing initiatives and promotional material.
• Maintain consistency of brand voice and visual identity across platforms.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency (Arabic and English) with strong written communication skills.
• At least one year of experience in social media coordination or related digital marketing roles.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Possession of a transferable Visa 18/22 and willingness to work on‑site in Jiblah.
• Availability to work 8 hours per day, five days a week.
