Account Manager

About the role

As an Account Manager you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with government accounts. Based in Kuwait, you will engage directly with clients to drive business development and ensure the ongoing satisfaction of key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing government clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the government sector to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales pipeline.
• Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients in both Arabic and English.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor market trends to identify and respond to customer needs and competitive activities.
• Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing government accounts.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in Arabic and English.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and effectively manage customer networks.
• Strong sales track record in account management roles.

Required skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience with CRM systems and data analytics tools.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
